Our house is 7 years old, built with a continuous chipboard first floor. We know that it got soaked during construction. For 7 years we have put up with incredibly loud creaks and groans when moving about upstairs. NHBC denied responsibility for putting matters right. We found the Squeak Fix team on-line and they seemed to know about the problem and what they were talking about. They travelled all the way from Manchester to Ipswich to inspect our floors and to give a free estimate for a cure. The estimate initially seemed to be expensive but with reassurance from Wes we decided to give the go ahead. Their promises on price and programme were faithfully fulfilled and after 2 long, hardworking days they left us totally tidy and noise free. This is great example of money well spent. We are absolutely delighted and we recommend them to any other squeaky floor and noisy ceiling sufferers. Well done Wes and the team!
