We had our house built in 2018 and while it was built to spec, the floor got wet during the build. When we moved in, the floor was crackling, in one of the bedrooms especially. The main contractor tried to fix it but to no avail. I searched the web and came across Squeaky Fix. I submitted my enquiry and it was dealt with promptly and professionally. At first, I was sceptical. Long story short – the room where the floor was replaced is squeak free. Once we save up, we will look at having the rest of the floor replaced. Thank you Lyndsay and Wes!
