Lyndsay kept me informed of everything from initial contact, setting up the assessment visit, confirmation of costs, delivery and install dates. Wes and Liam turned up at 8am on the first day and worked flat out for 2 days to complete our bedroom, en-suite, landing and stairs. A quick visit the following day to finish off and make sure that I was happy with everything and they set off back to Manchester.
The work is very noisy, which they are totally upfront about and we were prepared for, but so worth it for the peace of mind from a solid, squeakfree floor and the added bonus of added insulation.

Wes, Lyndsay and the team have been absolutely great to deal with from the first time we contacted them. Everything was super easy to arrange from the initial assessment of our floors all the way to the work being completed. Our incredibly noisy floors are now silent!

From the very first meeting we were impressed with Wes and his assurance that he could resolve our noisy floorboards in our house which was only 2 years old! This company are superb and I would highly recommend to anyone with flooring issues. Lyndsay is incredibly helpful and answered lots of questions and gave me help and assistance when I needed to work out how to get the work scheduled and paid for.
Wes and Liam carrying out the work are brilliant, my house had a unique problem that had never been encountered before, they thought through the problem, tried a number of techniques and came up with a workable solution that has been a great success, we are now totally squeak free.

Fantastic company Fantastic job. After many years suffering squeaks groans knocks and bangs from every room up stairs we now have complete silence and a sturdy solid feel when you walk about.The team are superb and professional throughout.
