I wish all tradespeople were as reliable and professional and cared as much as Wes and the team. We couldn’t enjoy our loft extension because of the squeaky chipboard floors and terrible cracking noises coming from the ceiling below, which were so loud they woke our children up! Our builders were reluctant to help, but tried various things once they realised their final payment was at risk, including screwing the ceiling, extra noggins, extra screws into the chipboard and glue. None of them worked. Wes and the team were here for 2 days and the problem is gone. They even came back from Manchester to Surrey to investigate a slight creak we had while some of the materials were settling. Amazing service and thoroughly nice and trustworthy people. Thank you!
