Recently purchased a house that was built only in 2016, we had no idea how bad the floors really were until we moved in. Called Lyndsay and spoke to Wes in length. Sent them a video of the squeaks & creaks and proceeded to get them booked in asap as they are very busy. Wes & team did a great job in what is a very invasive trade within a home, they were respectful at all times and cleaned and vacuumed up daily which is rare for a tradesman these days. We had 2 x floors to do so was a 2 week project and just completed 20th Sept 2019. Yes, we lived here and it was surprisingly not as bad as we were fearing. I can say now that the floors are noise free and feel so solid underfoot. We also took the opportunity to pack in sound reducing insulation on top of the thermal which was a great idea as would never have had that opportunity to do it after. I would highly recommend Wes as he clearly knows his trade. My thanks to Lyndsay and the team as we now live in a squeak & creaky free quiet house. Bliss.
