Lyndsay kept me informed of everything from initial contact, setting up the assessment visit, confirmation of costs, delivery and install dates. Wes and Liam turned up at 8am on the first day and worked flat out for 2 days to complete our bedroom, en-suite, landing and stairs. A quick visit the following day to finish off and make sure that I was happy with everything and they set off back to Manchester.
The work is very noisy, which they are totally upfront about and we were prepared for, but so worth it for the peace of mind from a solid, squeakfree floor and the added bonus of added insulation.
