Wes has done an excellent job to completely rectify the horrendous creaking in my upstairs neighbour’s flat and my own flat. 2 weeks, 2 flats. What very much impressed me about Wes is his thorough approach, which included an advance visit to lay a trial area, which helped to ensure we got the right result. I was grateful to Wes for his willingness to work with me throughout the preparation period and answer my many questions. There were a number of challenges throughout the job, but Wes was very pragmatic in his dealing of them and got the job done well and kept me informed throughout. I am extremely grateful to be now living in a normal flat without the carcophany of din that erupted everytime someone upstairs walked around.
