Some clients use our services to remove very minor noises, which is fair enough. We rarely refuse service. However, we’re never left with that feeling of providing value when the noises are minor. We much prefer floors that are absolutely outrageous. Floors that would literally wake the dead. Floors that are utterly unliveable and even dangerous to some degree. When we work on properties where our clients have literally been close to tears and completely and permanently silence their floors, the sense of value for us is incredible.
