I initially contacted Wes as we had recently bought our house and discovered the squeaky floorboard problem we thought we could easily sort was not as simple. I had had a few different joiners out to look and they had suggested ideas but no one seemed certain of what would take care of the problem. I had tried to explain it was the noise the floor made downstairs that was the issue not upstairs. Wes was the only person that understood this asking me to walk around upstairs first so he could hear the problem. They guarantee that they can improve it which was exactly the sort of promise I was looking for. The work was completed in three days doing a room at a time Wes and colleagues worked really hard and delivered exactly what they had promised. There is now no ceiling cracks or pops the result is actually quite amazing and we now feel like we have a normal house we can live well in. It was disappointing to have to organise this kind of work so soon after buying a new house but I’m really glad we did and I’m also really glad wes’s company exists.
